Return & Refund policy

At DesignsLab Pro, we strive to provide high-quality web design, development, and maintenance services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and returns for our digital services.

1. General Refund Policy

Since our services involve custom website design, development, and digital solutions, refunds are not available once work has commenced. However, under certain conditions, partial refunds may be considered.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the project has not yet started, a full refund can be issued.
  • If the project is partially completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed.
  • No refunds are issued for completed work or delivered digital products.
  • No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction due to changes in personal preference after project completion.

3. Web Hosting & Maintenance Refunds

  • Annual hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of payment, a 50% refund may be issued (only if no work has been performed).
  • Hosting services will be terminated if payment is not received on time, and no refunds will be issued for suspended accounts.

4. E-commerce & Custom Development Refunds

  • For WooCommerce and custom development projects, once development has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • If the client decides to cancel before the project starts, a full refund can be provided.

5. Revision & Dissatisfaction Policy

  • Each project includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit are chargeable.
  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction if the project is completed as per the agreed-upon scope.
  • If expectations are not met within the revision limit, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following details:
  • Project Name & Invoice Number
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Supporting Documents (if applicable)
We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
