2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Start: Full refund if the project has not yet commenced.
  • After Project Has Started: Partial refund based on the work completed.
  • After Project Completion: No refunds will be issued.

2.2. Website Maintenance & Hosting

  • Clients may cancel their hosting or maintenance plans at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused months.

  • Hosting services will be terminated upon cancellation, and clients are responsible for migrating their websites.

2.3. E-commerce & Custom Development

  • Before Development Begins: Full refund available.

  • After Development Begins: No refunds will be issued, but clients may request modifications within the agreed revision scope.
