  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before the final delivery.
  • For website maintenance and hosting services, payments must be made annually in advance.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Revisions & Changes

  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions, as specified in the agreement.

  • Additional revisions or major design changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all necessary content, images, and feedback within the agreed timelines.

  • Delays in providing content or approvals may result in project delays.

5. Website Maintenance & Hosting

  • Our hosting plans include maintenance, updates, and backups as per the selected package.

  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

  • Non-payment for hosting services will result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the website’s final design and content.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided content (images, text, etc.) is legally owned or properly licensed.

7. SEO & Performance Disclaimer

  • While we implement best SEO practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines.

  • Website performance depends on various factors, including third-party services and market competition.

8. Liability & Warranty

  • We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or security breaches resulting from misuse or third-party interventions.

  • Websites are tested for functionality, but we do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers or devices beyond industry standards.

9. Termination & Refunds Warranty

  • Either party may terminate a project if expectations are not met.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed work or services already rendered.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
