Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are available for services purchased from DesignsLabPro. By making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

Before work starts: if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and we have not yet started any work, you are eligible for a full refund minus payment gateway fees (typically 2–3%).

After work has started: refunds are pro-rated based on deliverables completed. Already-delivered work, design files, or hours spent are non-refundable.

Recurring plans (monthly): you may cancel any time with 7 days’ written notice. The current month is not refundable; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle.

Recurring plans (yearly): yearly plans are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. Within the first 14 days, you may request a pro-rated refund (less any work delivered) by writing to us.

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement and refund the unused portion if a client provides inaccurate information, becomes unresponsive for over 30 days, requests work outside our scope, or fails to make agreed payments.

• Custom design or development time already invested.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, plugins, ad spend).
• Discounted, promotional, or yearly plans beyond the 14-day window.
• Completed and delivered creative assets (graphics, reels, videos).

Email designslabpro@gmail.com from the email address used at purchase with:

• Order or invoice number
• UPI / bank reference (UTR) of the original payment
• Reason for the refund request

We acknowledge within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

If you disagree with a decision, contact us first to resolve it amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India per our Terms and Conditions.
