Overview

DesignsLabPro provides digital services only — web design, web development, social media marketing, graphic design, automation, AI agents, and infrastructure. We do not ship physical goods.

All deliverables are sent electronically via email, shared cloud drives (Google Drive, Dropbox), project management tools (ClickUp, Notion), or directly published to your hosting / social accounts as agreed.

Service Delivery Timelines

Indicative timelines per service. Actual delivery is confirmed on the project proposal.

  • Simple website (up to 5 pages): 7–14 business days
  • E-commerce / multi-page websites: 3–6 weeks
  • Brand / graphic design pack: 5–10 business days
  • SMM plans (Starter / Growth / Premium): onboarding within 5–7 business days, then daily content delivery
  • Automation / AI agent setups: 1–4 weeks depending on scope

Onboarding Steps

  • Confirm order & complete payment.
  • Receive a kickoff call invite within 1 business day.
  • Share required brand assets, logins, and answers to a short brief.
  • Work begins — weekly / daily updates depending on plan.

Delivery Channels

  • Email — primary channel for files, invoices, and approvals.
  • Cloud drive — raw and final design files (PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, MP4, PDF).
  • Direct publish — SMM posts go straight to your Facebook / Instagram via Business Manager.
  • Hosting deploy — websites are deployed to your hosting account with a walkthrough on launch day.

Tracking & Communication

For longer engagements, we share a project tracker (ClickUp / Notion) where you can see status, upcoming deliverables, and approval queues in real time. SMM clients receive a monthly content calendar in advance and a performance summary every cycle.

Delays Outside Our Control

Some delays may happen due to client-side reasons (delayed feedback, missing assets, payment holds) or third-party outages (hosting, social platforms, payment gateways). We will keep you informed and adjust timelines accordingly.

International Clients

We serve clients globally. Communication is in English. Delivery happens online — no physical shipping involved. International payments are accepted via supported gateways and SWIFT wire transfer (SWIFT code: IDFBINBBMUM).
